1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- The return request is made within 3 days of delivery
⚠️ Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Items without original packaging
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Customized or special order items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at support@neobazar.pk
- Provide your order number and product details
- Share images/videos (if item is damaged or defective)
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via:
- Bank Transfer
- JazzCash / Easypaisa
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be made to the original payment method
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in case of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective or damaged item
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost
- If the return is due to customer preference, the customer will bear the shipping charges
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank/payment provider
